About The Event

SALON OWNERS - Do you have trainees approaching their EPA’s and are concerned they aren’t ready to be your next graduate stylist? The critical factor is when we launch a new stylist on the floor they quite often are the only ones free to take on a new salon client. Do we really want to take a chance with a new client on our least experienced or accomplished/confident stylist? Do we chance losing a new client that day? This is a fast track programme to ensure your graduates have the skills, confidence and awareness to deal with any client that comes through the door? Enabling a new, young or returnee stylist to build a column without setbacks and problems the salon owner has to continuously overview. A 4-day programme where we cover the

necessary skills needed to take graduates from learner driver to seasoned traveller.

GRADUATES - Are you coming up to your EPA? What happens next? Do you feel confident and able to take on salon clients or are you concerned you aren’t quite ready? Do you want to be a great stylist? Do you want to be busy and successful, being requested by clients and their friends? We see it like passing your driving test; you learn to pass the test not to drive

on the real roads. This is a fast track programme to ensure you have the skills, the confidence and awareness to deal with any client that comes through the door.
